Spice package to make a delicious traditional Dutch stamppot (mashed dish) of sauerkraut and potatoes. Easy to prepare! PREPARATION (serves 4): Peel and wash 1.5kg potatoes. Put potatoes and 500gr sauerkraut in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 mins. Drain potatoes and sauerkraut, mash finely and stir with 2dl milk and a knob of butter until smooth. Add package contents and let stew heat through while stirring. Added salt or pepper is not required. Delicious with bacon or other choice of meat. Enjoy!
