We have partnered with the most reliable companies to deliver your favourite products. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
We will only ship items that are easily affected by heat (such as chocolate), Monday through Wednesday to avoid them sitting in transit over the weekend.
Our products are not sent in refrigerated packaging or on refrigerated vehicles. Please be mindful of this when ordering heat sensitive products, as once the products have left our premises, no refunds will be issued for damages due to elements outside of our control.
