Our first hot sauce with mezcal! The smoky alcohol originating from Oaxaca lends just a subtle earthy heat to this complex hot sauce filled with espresso, cocoa, spices and cinnamon. Tomato and lime juice balance out all the toasty notes with acidity in the same way the fruity heat of orange habaneros balances out earthy dried Chocolate Bhutlah and Chocolate Ghost pepper powder.
