Fruit Rock Mixed (Maxons UK)

Maxons is well known for its chopped rock and the Mixed Fruit Rock is one of the finest. Made by hand and designed by hand by skilled artisan confectioners who are apprenticed into the craft. A fantastic mixture of fruit flavours in beautifully designed rock pieces. 

All Maxons Sweets are made by hand using an old-fashioned batch production model. Flavours and colours are added by skilled sugar boilers before “turning in” on a cooling slab and the designs created and put together by hand. Due to this process, there may be variations in colour and flavour strength from batch to batch, and sometimes within the batch itself. However, all are organoleptically tested by our staff in packing to make sure they are of the highest standard.
